The independent door assembly provides a wide door opening with no restrictions and is free from the servicing usually associated with chain-driven doors. Product Specifications
- This gas convection oven is equipped with three 18,000 BTU direct injection burners, achieving a total power output of 54,000 BTU. It is designed for natural gas and comes with a liquid petroleum gas (LP) conversion kit to adapt to different fuel needs. The oven features an independent door design with panoramic windows for easy observation of the interior cooking conditions. Moreover, it is equipped with a 2-speed, 1/2 horsepower fan motor for efficient heat circulation.
- The oven interior is lined with porcelain enamel, which is not only easy to clean but also helps reduce bacteria and food buildup. It includes 10 interior rack guides and 5 nickel-plated racks, providing flexible storage space for a variety of cooking needs. The oven is also equipped with electronic ignition (Fenwal) and electronic temperature control with manual timer settings, with a temperature range from 150°F to 500°F to meet various cooking requirements. The control panel is located on the right side of the oven, away from the burners, for easy operation. The control panel can be opened downward for easy maintenance.
- In addition, the oven is equipped with two halogen interior lights, a stainless steel front, sides, and top, and an oven ready indicator light. It also has a forced "cool down" fan mode to ensure rapid cooling after use. The double oven dimensions are 38.12"W x 44.37"D x 65.62"H. In terms of electricity, the oven supports 120/60/1 phase, with a 6-foot power cord and a 3-prong plug (Nema#5-15P). For gas, it supports natural gas or liquid petroleum gas (LP).
