The Blodgett 61/101BG is a double-stacked gas Invoq boiler-based combination steam-convection oven from Blodgett's Invoq line.

- 7" capacitive touchscreen control (Android, ~1,500 recipes, 27 languages)
- Convection to 300°C/572°F; steam to 130°C/265°F
- CombiWash automatic tablet-based cleaning (7 cycles)
- Water 3/4" inlet; ~2" (Ø50 mm) drain
