The Blodgett DFG-100-ES is an ENERGY STAR® qualified full-size gas convection oven from the premium Dual Flow series. A dual-flow burner paired with the Pulse Plus two-speed reversing fan delivers even, reliable baking across all five racks while cutting gas consumption. It ships as a single-deck oven on stainless steel adjustable legs.
