The Blodgett DFG-200-ES is a premium bakery-depth ENERGY STAR® qualified full-size gas convection oven from Blodgett's Dual Flow gas line. Its dual-flow burner and Pulse Plus reversing fan deliver even, reliable baking while cutting gas consumption. Ships as a double-stacked two-section oven with 6" legs and stacking hardware.
