The Blodgett Mark V-200 is a full-size bakery-depth electric convection oven — the benchmark premium electric convection oven for bakeries. An 11 kW-per-section element package with even, reversing airflow bakes reliably across all five racks. Additional oven section for stacking onto an existing base (includes legs & stacking brackets).
