The Turbofan DSKE33 is a double stacking kit that lets two Turbofan E33 half-size convection ovens be safely mounted one above the other in a single vertical footprint. It supplies the frame and pan slides needed to join the two units into a stable stacked configuration, doubling cooking capacity without increasing floor space. This is the fixed base (non-caster) version.
