The Turbofan DSKG32P8 is a double stacking kit that mounts a Turbofan G32 gas convection oven on top of a P8M proofer/holding cabinet. It supplies a welded stainless steel caster base and spacer/joining frame that combine the oven and proofer into a single mobile vertical unit. The connector frame closes the gap between the two units to prevent debris accumulation.
