The Moffat Turbofan G32D5 is a gas commercial convection oven with a bi-directional reversing fan system for fast, even baking and roasting. ENERGY STAR qualified, It holds 5 full-size sheet pans and features a porcelain enameled oven chamber, safe-touch vented door and Turbofan's market-leading tray spacing.
