The Turbofan SK23 is a stainless steel equipment stand that elevates a single half-size Turbofan convection oven to a comfortable, ergonomic working height. Its open welded frame provides tray-slide storage for sheet pans and product beneath the oven, making efficient use of floor space. Mounted on castors, it also allows the oven to be rolled aside for cleaning and maintenance.
