The Turbofan SK2731U is a stainless steel equipment stand that raises a full-size Turbofan convection oven to an ergonomic working height while providing open pan storage below. The open base is fitted with slides that hold up to six full-size sheet pans, keeping product visible and within reach. It is mounted on castors so the oven can be moved for cleaning and floor access.
