The Turbofan DSKE35P85 is a double stacking kit/skirt for mounting a Turbofan E35 full-size convection oven on top of a P85M proofer/holding cabinet. The skirt acts as a shroud that closes the gap between the stacked oven and proofer, preventing food and debris from falling between the units and concealing the stacking hardware. It completes an integrated oven-over-proofer stack.
