The Moffat Turbofan E35D6-26 is a commercial convection oven with a 2 speed bi-directional reversing fan system for fast, even baking and roasting. It holds 6 full-size sheet pans (racks not included) and features a porcelain enameled oven chamber, safe-touch vented door and Turbofan's market-leading tray spacing.
