The Turbofan SK35 is a stainless steel equipment stand that elevates a full-size E35 Turbofan convection oven to an ergonomic working height while adding clearance for cleaning and maintenance. Six-position tray runners in the open base store freshly cooked product and sheet pans below the oven. It rolls on castors so the oven can be repositioned as needed.
