- The competitor is a legitimate U.S.-based retailer with the item new and in stock.
- We compare the total delivered price (item price plus shipping and handling, before tax).
- You contact us before you complete your purchase so we can apply the match to your order.
- You can show the price with a working link or a clear, dated screenshot.
What We Can't Match
- Used, open-box, refurbished, clearance, liquidation, or closeout items.
- Third-party marketplace or drop-ship sellers (e.g. random Amazon/eBay third-party listings).

What Counts as Acceptable Proof
So we can verify quickly and fairly, every price match request must include proof that clearly shows all of the following.
Your proof must clearly show

- The exact product name / model being offered.
- The price, plus shipping cost or a clear delivered total.
- That the item is in stock and available to order right now.
- Ideally a date or that it's a live, working page.
Best option: a live link to the competitor's product page — it lets us verify the real-time price instantly. A clear, uncropped screenshot works too.
What we won't accept as proof
- A price you simply typed or told us with no source.
- Verbal quotes, phone/chat prices, or emails we can't verify.
- Cropped or edited screenshots that hide the URL, price, or shipping.
- Shopping-cart or checkout screenshots showing a temporary or coupon discount.
- Expired, broken, or "page not found" links, or sold-out listings.
