The Blodgett Mark V-200 is a full-size bakery-depth electric convection oven — the benchmark premium electric convection oven for bakeries. An 11 kW-per-section element package with even, reversing airflow bakes reliably across all five racks. Ships as a single-deck oven on 25" adjustable stainless steel legs.
