The Blodgett Zephaire-100-E is a full-size standard-depth electric convection oven — dependable value in a proven electric convection platform. An 11 kW-per-section element package with even, reversing airflow bakes reliably across all five racks. Additional oven section for stacking onto an existing base (includes legs & stacking brackets).
