The Blodgett Zephaire-100-G is a full-size standard-depth gas convection oven from Blodgett's Standard Series. A direct-fired gas burner with a two-speed reversing fan delivers dependable, even baking across all five racks. Ships as a single-deck oven on 25" adjustable stainless steel legs.
