The CAC107 is an NSF-approved stainless steel batter spreader for Waring electric crepe makers. Its T-shaped design moves batter out from the center of the cooking surface to quickly create perfectly round crepes. Keeping several on hand is recommended for busy service or when running multiple crepe makers.
