The True GDM-23-HST02-HC~TSL01 is a 27 1/4" black one-door refrigerated glass door merchandiser with the Health Safety Timer Version 02 control, holding 33°F–38°F and automatically locking the door if the cabinet drifts out of safe temperature.
Key features:
- Health Safety Timer Version 02: once the cabinet sensor detects 41°F (5°C) exceeded for a continuous 30 minutes, the door locks, the display shows HST LCK and the LAE control beeps until silenced
- Protects food safety compliance in schools, healthcare and grab-and-go operations
- Eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ODP and 0.02 GWP
- Factory-balanced system holds 33°F–38°F (0.5°C–3.3°C) at just 2.6 amps
- Four adjustable, heavy duty PVC-coated wire shelves
- Safety-shielded LED interior lighting; self-closing swing glass door
