The True T-36-GC-HC is a 36 3/4" back-bar glass and plate chiller/froster that holds 0°F and below, giving high-volume bars enough frosted glassware, steins and plates to get through a rush. It is a dedicated chilling cabinet, not a food reach-in refrigerator.
