The cabinet features stainless steel construction with clear coated aluminum liner, foam insulated flat lids, and high-density polyurethane insulation. The door has a stainless steel exterior, positive seal, and magnetic gasket for easy cleaning. The unit includes two adjustable wire shelves, an extra-deep cutting board, and a refrigerated pan rail with six clear polycarbonate insert pans. The angled top and front discharge design enhance usability, making it ideal for open food product storage and display.
