The system is energy-efficient and maintains temperatures between 33°F to 41°F, complying with ANSI/NSF-7 standards. The cabinet features stainless steel construction, a clear coated aluminum liner, and high-density polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and GWP. It includes two adjustable wire shelves, a self-closing door with magnetic gasket, and an epoxy-coated evaporator for easy maintenance. Standard equipment includes a full-length cutting board, a foam-insulated lid, and NSF-approved food pans. The unit accommodates varying pan sizes and is designed for the storage and display of open food products, meeting NSF/ANSI Standard 7 requirements.
