True’s refrigerated prep table is designed with premium materials and an oversized, eco-friendly R290 refrigeration system for colder product temperatures and lower utility costs, ensuring food safety and compliance with ANSI/NSF-7. The energy-efficient system features a self-lubricating evaporator fan motor and guided airflow for uniform temperatures. The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel and clear coated aluminum, and insulated with zero ODP/GWP polyurethane. It includes four adjustable wire shelves, self-closing doors with magnetic gaskets, and an epoxy-coated evaporator for easy maintenance. Standard equipment includes a full-length cutting board, a foam-insulated lid, and 15 NSF-approved food pans. The unit accommodates varying pan sizes and is designed for the storage and display of open food products, meeting NSF/ANSI Standard 7 requirements.
