It features an environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, a balanced refrigeration system for uniform temperatures, and a forced-air design that maintains 33°F to 41°F. The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel and high-density, zero GWP insulation. Doors are self-closing with magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning. The unit includes four adjustable shelves, an epoxy-coated evaporator, a full-length cutting board, and a foam-insulated lid. Standard with 12 clear polycarbonate food pans, it’s NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food product storage.
