True’s refrigerated prep table is designed for the food service industry with high-quality materials, an oversized refrigeration system using eco-friendly R290 refrigerant, and a focus on colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, and exceptional food safety. The system is energy-efficient, factory balanced, and features a patented forced-air design to maintain temperatures between 33°F to 41°F, compliant with ANSI/NSF-7. The cabinet is constructed with stainless steel and clear coated aluminum, insulated with high-density polyurethane for zero ODP/GWP. The unit includes four adjustable wire shelves, self-closing doors with magnetic gaskets, and an epoxy-coated evaporator for easy maintenance. Standard equipment includes a full-length cutting board, foam-insulated lids, and 24 NSF-approved food pans. The countertop is designed for varying pan sizes and is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food product storage.
