The energy-efficient system features a guided airflow design and a self-lubricating evaporator for maintenance ease. The cabinet is crafted with stainless steel and clear coated aluminum, insulated with zero ODP/GWP polyurethane. It includes six adjustable wire shelves, self-closing doors with magnetic gaskets, and a full-length cutting board. Standard with 30 NSF-approved food pans, the countertop accommodates varying pan sizes and is designed for the storage and display of open food products, meeting NSF/ANSI Standard 7 requirements.
