The True TUC-27F-FLX-HC is a 27 5/8" flex temperature undercounter cabinet: its R290 refrigeration system can be set for freezer duty at -10°F to 6°F or refrigerator duty at 33°F to 38°F, so a single unit covers either job as your menu changes.
