The True TUC-27G-HST-HC is a 27 5/8" glass door undercounter refrigerator built around the HST Health Safety Timer: if the cabinet sensor reads above 41°F (5°C) for 30 continuous minutes, the door locks and the LAE control beeps until silenced, so out-of-temperature product cannot be served.

- HST Health Safety Timer — door locks and the control alarms after 41°F is exceeded for 30 continuous minutes
- LAE electronic control holding 33°F to 38°F; barrel lock standard
- Double-pane thermal insulated glass door in an extruded aluminum frame, with LED interior lighting
- Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with zero ODP and 0.02 GWP; 1/5 HP, only 1.7 amps
- Stainless steel front, top and ends; clear coated aluminum liner with stainless steel floor
- Two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves; NSF/ANSI 7 compliant for open food product storage
