The True TWT-27D-2-HC is a 27 5/8" commercial worktop refrigerator with two drawers, topped by a one-piece formed stainless steel work surface and backsplash at a 36" work surface height over an R290 refrigerated base that holds 33°F to 38°F.
Key features:
- One-piece formed stainless steel top and backsplash — bacteria and food particles cannot be trapped underneath as with two-piece worktops
- 36" (915 mm) work surface height on 5" stem castors with locks on the front set
- Two drawers, each accommodating one full-size 12"L x 20"W x 6"D food pan (sold separately)
- Heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers with removable magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning
- Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with ECM fan motors holding 33°F to 38°F
- Stainless steel front, top and ends; clear coated aluminum liner, NSF/ANSI 7 compliant for open food product
