A 1 1/4" full port drain valve ensures easy and hassle-free oil removal, while the removable basket hanger facilitates thorough cleaning. The fryer is equipped with a 1/2" and 3/4" gas connection for convenience, operates at temperatures from 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit with easy-to-use snap action millivolt controls, and features an automatic shut-off safety function. It comes with two baskets with plastic-coated handles for comfortable operation.
