The Turbofan DSKE32P8 is a double stacking kit that lets a full-size E32 Turbofan oven be safely mounted on top of a P8 (or P12) proofer/holding cabinet, combining cooking and holding in a single floor footprint. It supplies the spacer frame, oven-vent joining and mounting hardware needed to secure the oven over the proofer base. This saves floor space while keeping the oven at a workable height on the proofer.
