Flamaster Electric Steam Table FLM-ST3-SS 

This commercial steam table features fully insulated wells with 8” fiberglass insulation on all sides and bottom, designed for dry heating. It supports both dry and moist heat food holding for maximum flexibility. Equipped with three 500W open wells, each 12"×20" stainless steel die-stamped well includes a raised edge to keep the unit clean and allow easy loading and unloading of food pans. Made of durable stainless steel, it is built for reliable use in buffets and catering operations. The unit comes with an 8” white poly cutting board and a convenient undershelf for storing utensils, pans, and lids. Each well is independently controlled by an infinite thermostat for precise heating. While designed for dry use, it can also be used wet with an optional spillage pan (sold separately). Certified to cETLus and ETL sanitation standards, this steam table ensures safe, hygienic, and dependable performance.

Equipped with three 500W, 8" deep wells (holds three full-size pans) and adapter bars for flexible configurations. Moist heat: use a spillage pan with hot water (sold separately); dry heat: place full-size pan directly (no water needed). Dry heat use recommended for full-size pans only. Flexible design enables simultaneous dry and moist heat operation for kitchen convenience.
