The True TSSU-60-16-DS-ST-HC is a 60 3/8" dual sided solid door sandwich/salad unit that holds 16 (1/6 size) food pans and can be worked from both sides, with an oversized R290 refrigeration system for colder product temperatures and exceptional food safety.
Key features:
- Dual sided design lets staff prep and load from either side of the unit
- Eco-friendly R290 refrigerant with zero ODP and ultra-low GWP
- Stainless steel front, top, and ends with clear coated aluminum interior
- Two solid doors with magnetic gaskets and four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves
