The unit includes self-closing doors with magnetic gaskets, four adjustable PVC coated wire shelves, and an epoxy-coated evaporator. Standard equipment includes a full-length cutting board, foam-insulated lids, and 16 NSF-approved food pans. It’s designed to accommodate varying pan sizes and is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for open food product storage.
