The exterior is stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant back, while the interior boasts a clear coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor. The unit is insulated with high-density, zero GWP polyurethane and equipped with self-closing doors with magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning. It includes four adjustable PVC coated wire shelves and an epoxy-coated evaporator to prevent corrosion, meeting NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food storage.
