True’s commercial freezer is designed for the food service industry with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety. It uses an eco-friendly R290 refrigerant system with zero ODP and low GWP for energy efficiency, maintaining -10°F (-23.3°C) temperatures ideal for frozen foods and ice cream. The unit features a high-capacity, balanced refrigeration system with ECM motors for reduced energy consumption and easy maintenance, plus an automatic defrost system. The exterior is stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant back, while the interior has a clear coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor, all insulated with zero GWP polyurethane. The doors are self-closing with magnetic gaskets for easy cleaning. The freezer includes four adjustable PVC coated wire shelves, with the evaporator epoxy coated to prevent corrosion, and it meets NSF/ANSI Standard 7 for open food storage.
